rick o asked: I’m 20 years old and my eyesight is really bad (probably from all the years of video games, tv, and surfing the internet). I’ve decided to limit my time spent on these activities, but what I want to know is if there’s a way to improve your eyesight without the use of glasses or contacts?
Also, I’ve heard from someone that people with astigmatism can’t get that eye restoration surgery. Is that true? Not that I can afford it right now anyway, I just want to know my options later on.

Max asked: I’m 28. I used to wear glasses till a few years ago when I had lasik surgery. It gave me 20/20 vision and I have had no complications or other issues. I’m wondering if I should still go for an eye checkup or is that only necessary if I have trouble w/my eyes.

Kevin W asked: I am ready to have the LASIK procedure done but want to do research and get reviews of the most recommended doctor in California. I would prefer to receive reviews from candidates who have actually had the procedure done. Please refer only surgeons in California preferably in the Los Angeles area.

trochee_niluar asked: Any recommendation for the best LASIX doctor in town? I’ve been searching through the internet and came accross with Dr. Maloney, Dr. Caster and Dr. Wallace as being named among the top eye doctors in Los Angeles. I am still very skeptical with the procedure and kinda scared reading bad testimonials of the procedure in the internet. Pls help me make a decision.

Kay asked: ICL is implanting a lens over your eyes natural lens. I’m not a candidate for Lasik, so I’m looking into ICL for vision correction.

Silva asked: Also how long a period of time was it after the procedure that you had your best final vision? I had my right eye done on Friday and my vision in that eye is less than 20/20. I wondered whether any people experienced significant improvements after a few days, a week, a month, etc?
