Would you do LASIK if you knew the TRUE SUCCESS RATES?
1st Year Post LASIK: 88% success rates.
2nd Year Post LASIK: 65% success rates.
3rd Year Post LASIK: 50% success rates.
4th Year Post LASIK: 45% success rates.
5th Year Post LASIK: 40% success rates.
6th Year Post LASIK: 40% success rates.
7th+Year Post LASIK: Below 40%success rate.
Will you be one of the “lucky ones” that can last 10+ years without contacts or glasses?

I was “happy” with my LASIK outcome for about 6 weeks post-LASIK and then the complication of severe dry eyes set in. I know of others who have been happy with their LASIK outcome for many years and then they have ended up with LASIK induced complications or side-effects. Your eyes need to last you an entire lifetime. LASIK definitely hurts the chances of that happening, even if the outcome is initially “successful”.

i guess patients who’s lives have been destroyed by lasik surgeons have to be the ones to get the truth out, because the surgeons themselves dont seem to give a damn about the value of human life. they just want to make money so you know theyre not going to tell you how bad it can be when it goes wrong.
