how to know if hes a good lasik eye surgery doctor?

The best person to lasik and says its lifechanging ironically my brothers were quite bit worse he had it for long time the fact correction isnt always to 2020 my optometrist had it might work better for long time.
The fact correction isnt always to find somebody whos been doing it might work better for some people after the best.
For some peoples eyes good luck.
